Pamper & Protect with Next-Level Facials

Collagen and elastin are two proteins that keep our skin supple and firm. But as we age, our natural levels of these two incredible substances drop. With microchanneling, extremely thin filaments are gently stamped into the outer layer of skin, stimulating your body’s natural healing response: producing collagen, elastin, and other building blocks of healthy skin.

Microchanneling also opens up microscopic perforations that deliver the advanced Procell Serum deep into the skin. The Procell Serum, packed with nutritious naturally occurring ingredients, triggers the collagen-producing cells in your body even further, creating new and healthy skin for the long term: up to 2 years!

Microchanneling FAQs

Is microchanneling better than microneedling?

The main differences between microneedling and microchanneling are the type of device and technique they use. With a microneedling device, the provider glides a disposable tip full of tiny needles over the skin, which come in and out as they go along. This method can cause drag on the skin, leading to inflammation, tearing, and trauma—and a longer recovery period (4–5 days).

Microchanneling uses a linear stamping technique instead, with much smaller needles that result in clean and consistent microchannels. That means less tissue damage, less inflammation, less downtime, and substantially less discomfort. Microchanneling downtime is usually one day, two at most. Plus, we enhance microchanneling with advanced serums that are not typically used with microneedling, further boosting its effectiveness!

How long does microchanneling last?
One of microchanneling’s biggest benefits is its long-lasting results, which can keep on giving for two years or more, depending on your skin care routine and lifestyle. Compare that to only three to five months for microneedling! When you visit Hush, your provider will offer tips and tricks for maximizing your results, including personalized skin care recommendations.
How many sessions of microchanneling do you need?

Depending on your skin goals, you may need as few as two treatments or up to six to get your desired results. We typically space them in a series 4 to 6 weeks apart for the best benefits. That said, most clients begin noticing improvements after their very first treatment!

Additionally, we can use other spa treatments in between microchanneling sessions to further enhance your results, such as microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, or chemical peels. We’ll work together to build your ultimate treatment plan!
